Lens reversal kit vs. Extension tubes for macro
1

Is one "solution" better (optically) than the other?  I'm looking to get back into doing some macro work since it's something I can do in-doors fairly easily (given it's winter here and quite cold out).

I'm not ready to commit to a dedicated macro lens just yet, so I'm looking to see if either the bellows/extension tubes are better/worse than a lens reversal kit.  I'm looking to use the Tamron 100-400 I just got, which I think takes a 67mm front threaded filter, and this would be on a Nikon D750.

Ideas or thoughts?
