Nx30 battery door
I have just bought a replacement battery door from Ebay for my son's NX30 which accidentely fell out of his rucksack, the cost in GBP was just over £20 with free postage from Hong Kong. His original door is still attached to the camera, but unfortunately at the time he didn't realise that pressed steel plate on the inside of the door had somehow disappeared, this plate as well as trapping the sliding latch in the underside of the door also has 2 x dimples which keep the battery pressed down tightly in the battery chamber, so I will attempt to carefully remove the spring loaded hinge pin & replace the whole new complete door. The seller's listing was showing 10 doors were in stock. The seller details are: Ixlaolin Digital Camera Parts Shop, Hongkong/Taiwan. & has a feedback of 99.7%. I hope this helps any other Samsung NX30 users.
PS. after I ordered the replacement door from the above mentioned seller, I had previousely contacted DK AVS of Horley Sussex who had recently repaired my own NX30, while awaiting their reply to find out if they could supply a replacement battery door, & not expecting a reply until the following week at least, I continued to search on the internet & found an Ebay seller in Hongkong & promptly ordered one. The next day DK AVS replied & informed me that they could order one for me at a cost of just over£7... oh well, can't win em all eh?
