Help X-E3 or X100F - using eye glasses

1. Intended use for travel/hiking

Either camera should be able to do this, the X100F being smaller and more discreet

2. No further lens for use with the X-E3. Currently have E2 which will be upgraded to
X-T2 or then current model in about a year or so

The beauty of XE3; can use with any lens; the bane of the X100F sometimes

I've been using the X100F since May but may sell in favor of XE3 since I need a second backup body to XT2 and the XE3 fits the bill as both backup and street camera + prime

I could have gotten a XT1 and keep the X100F but I don't want to carry 3 bodies on a trip

3. X100F a. leaf shutter, probably not an plus or minus for me.
b. small internal flash a plus

c. ND filter - very interesting

All good but one needs to use them ; I have not touched these

4 As a full time glasses wearer, concerned about, but not well informed about the impact, if any, of the shorter eye point of the X100f. The X-E3 being better (longer), but still shorter than my X-E2.

Also, diopter range of the X100F is less than the X-E3 and my X-E2

X100F 15mm -2 to +1

Should be a non issue with either; I wear glasses too (-5.0 correction) and have no problems

XE3 AF is faster than X100F

X100F has better build

X100F has OVF for those who swear by them; I only use it 1% of the time, prefer EVF WISIWIG

The X100F is desirable , albeit not as versatile as the XE3
