As another poster already mentioned I would take a look at a waterproof Android tablet with USB C port. There are comparatively cheap USB C hubs available that gave built in SD card reader and 2 USB 3 ports. Get 2 external SSD drives or a few USB sticks and redundantly back up your photos on the go. Android has real file management and supports USB to Go... You can even do that with a waterproof Android phone.

Reviewing, mild editing (snapseed) and posting is totally doable on something like a Galaxy Tab S3... Might even be able to colour calibrate it with something like xrite.

A more capable solution is certainly a Microsoft Surface Pro that let's you use Adobe, DxO etc... Without the keyboard cover it's light, gorgeous 12" screen, silent, and good battery... But not waterproof
