Focus Peaking and Lens tuning D850
I am not anal when it comes to lens tuning, with all of the variables in this world, if things look good ignore it.
I now own a set of manual focus Zeiss lenses, a 135mm f2, an 85mm f1.4 Milvus, and 55mm f1.4 Otus (all purchase on sale or used).
While 135 was absolutely spot on the, 85 and 55 looked soft.
The 850 with focus peaking, I used focus peaking to find the location of best focus in live view, and then used dot tune, to find the range that generated a solid green dot.
It works really well., and was a lot faster that 15 images in auto-focus tune then selecting the median, I will not be around for the next 2 days so I will attempt the pre-answer questions.
Used a tripod, 25x focal length, with a test chart
