Will Canon's FF Mirrorless be EF or EF-M Mount?

Every single one of the EF-M lenses is sharper than the EF-S and EF equivalent with rare exceptions.
I think this is due to less "diffraction" given the shorter flange back distance that mirrorless allows, 18mm vs 44mm for EF/EF-S

no the sharpness is good with M lenses because they are all new optical designs...and 18mm is equivalent to around 28mm not 44 .....the closeness of the rear element can give problems with the sensor in the corners or close to the edge with the acute angle of the light ..this can cause vinegrating or color shifts ...modern sensor compansit with the micro lenses and some cameras heverly correct for theas defect in camera especially sony ..the M3 can have colour shifts for this reason

No true, you can compare newer EF lenses with EF-M and the M comes up sharper.
EF-M is not inherently more prone to Vignetting since the throw angle from the rear element could be the same as EF-S, the shorter flange back distance or mirrorless doesn't preclude you with steep throw angles but it still remains an option should you need a cheap compact design. Some of the Canon EF-M lens vignetting (like the 22 f2) is simply Canon compromising on weight and size.

With Mirrorless you are not restricted to the 18mm flange back distance, you can design lenses with a distance of 55mm if your optical design calls for it, the reverse can not be said for the EF mount.
