Fuji x100f... Or....?

Here's my situation:
I shoot weddings with Canon gear. I shoot with a 5d3 and 6d (60d as an SOS), and an assortment of canon lenses, etc...
All this to say, I don't want to change systems. Really happy with my setup.
I've found that I'm not taking photos for just personal fun anymore, and I think that's because it just isn't practical to be lugging around a huge dslr everywhere...
iPhones are great, but definitely lacking in quality.
Being that this will be an everyday carry camera, for fun, social media, etc. I'm not looking to drop a ton of cash on it, and am not opposed to buying used.
Here's what I'm looking at:
1.) A gently used x100F
2.) Used x100T
3.) xT1
4.) xT10
Here's where my priorities lay:
1.) Portabiliy
2.) overall image quality
3.) Low-light capability
4.) Focus speed
5.) Built-in film presets (seems fun and maybe cut down on social media photo edits)
I don't really care about the looks of the camera. All the x-series cameras look awesome anyway.
As far as focal length, I shoot most of my work with a 35mm lens and feel very comfortable at that focal length. Having the ability to change lenses likely isn't worth the disadvantage of size and weight, when considering my priorities for this camera.
What do you think? Any strong feelings or think I should check out other cameras??
I've felt mostly torn between the x100f and x100t. It seems there are some significant changes (AF speed/accuracy), but I'm not sure these changes warrant dropping >1k as opposed to $750, locally.
Interested in any feedback!
Thanks so much!
