GX8 IR Conversion fail

Hi guys,

I've been reading from this forum since i got the camera, fantastic job.
I have a problem with my camera after trying to DIY convert it to IR.
I'd try to to give it a last shot maybe someone else had this issue.
Basically camera doesnt turn on anymore.

So I opened up the camera, as @LifePixel tutorial, took the IRND filter out after shattering the dust protective.(NOTE: the dust protective glass had a yellow strip on, as I have detached it from the glass and now hangs open. I dont know whenever this might cause some issues being a open circuit, however the camera did turn on initially) replaced a acrylic cutout to protect the sensor until the proper parts will arrive.

First Attempt.
Screwing back the camera successfully, it turns on, however i have screwed the sensor too tight, and so when it starts, it made a strange sound as if it cannot move freely. The camera indicated "Please turn off the camera and turn back on" and a huge exclamation sign at the end. Releasing the screws (4 turns back from fully closed) solved that problem.

Second Attempt.
After releasing the screw, putting the camera back, turn on OK, the sensor autocalibrates OK, however I got this

Third attempt.
Here is where i am aware I fk up, being over confident with the system, i think i have made some mistakes as the camera now doesn't turn on anymore.
I have kept the battery on while working on the camera (electric discharge might burned something.  maybe burned something) other than that i have no idea what could go wrong about it, as it did turn on before.
If you think of any obvious things why camera wont turn on again please let me know.
Forever Grateful

Many Many thanks
