Rawtheraphee seems to be a good software, but it doesn't allow lens correction for sony kit lens 16-50.

RT does definitely have a profile for the 16-50. you can also load your own (or a 3rd party) LCP file if you don't want the built-in correction (which is pretty good though).
however, RT doesn't have layers and masks. for that, I recommend GIMP. if you have either RawTherapee or darktable installed, gimp can also open raw files automatically. or you can export to 16-bit tiff and work from there
