Sony 18-200 vs Sigma 18-300 vs Tamron 18-400

Hi Folks.  I just purchased the Sony 10-18mm for my NEX 6, and would like to add one more lens for the rest of the range, hopefully as much on the telephoto end that will work well with the NEX 6.  I believe the Sigma 18-300 works well with the MC11 adapter (based on some info I've read in this forum), but I couldn't find much info on anyone successfully using the Tamron 18-400 with the MC11 (or other) adapter.

Most of my photography is nature landscape, so would use the 10-18 a lot of the time, but I also sometimes do long range wildlife photography, which is why I want the longest telephoto zoom that will work, but I don't really want to add more that one additional lens.

Anyone have experience with the Sigma 18-300 and/or the Tamron 18-400 on their Sony APS-C mirrorless camera, and how well it works?

Thanks.
