Installing Ps significantly increases my Boot times

Whenever I install Ps onto a clean version of Windows, the boot times of my SSD increase by about 20 seconds.

I've had this issue over the years with different builds of computers, memory, CPUs, Windows 7 to 10 and various SSDs.
My current SSD is a Samsung 500GB 850 EVO, plus I use a 64GB SSD for a scratch disk.

I've stopped as much as possible from auto starting with Windows and things like that.

Has anyone else experienced this or know of a cure?
Thank you
