Specific benefits of iMac Pro graphics card, 128 ram, 10 core vs 8 core

I am sure I am not the only person who does not understand all of this.

I am going to upgrade from the latest 5k iMac loaded up to the iMac Pro.

From what I have read it appears that 64GB of ram is sufficient for most. What benefits if any would 128GB add?

2TB SSD seems to be a no brainer

8 core vs 10 core what specific functions of PS, LR, Bridge, displaying thumbnails or refreshing the screen will 10 or even 12 core improve if any?

Graphics card 8GB or 16GB I thought graphics cards were more for video gamning etc but really have no idea. Why would we want a 16gb and what tasks would it improve.

I am planning on 64GB unless 128 speeds things up, definetly 2TB SSD but questioning whether the 10 core or 12 core is worth buying and what benefit the 16GB graphics card is for photographers work.

While the 10, 12 7 18 core processors are faster is it making LR, PS C1 Bridge etc faster or displaying thumbnails faster? Or faster for things we do not use our computers for?

Same question with the 16GB graphics card.
