About five months ago, I bought a Dell 13 5000, i5, 8GB Memory, 256GB SSD, W10 Home. I've had nothing but problems with it since I bought it and am sending it to Dell for repair on Monday.

I'm assuming Dell is going to fix it in the factory (they tried remotely two times, and it didn't work). I assume when I get it back in two weeks, the laptop will be in top-notch working order.

My dilemma: Do I sell the thing, or give it another try?

This is my first Dell computer so I really don't know much about the brand except by general reputation, which I think is good. I've had a "lemon" camera or two through the years, so maybe I just got a rare Dell lemon.

I'd like to hear from other Dell users to help me make a better decision going forward. I'm of course, discouraged, but I want to make an educated decision based on others real-life experiences with Dell.
