If you are considering a Sony A7 series you may want to wait until February to hear more about the upcoming GH5s which will be aimed at low light video. In terms of m4/3rds lenses the two Lumix 2.8 mark II zoom lenses (12-35, 35-100) would be the best in terms of coverage and speed.

Good point, I have yet to look at the GH5s, maybe in body stabilization and better ISO performance would solve many of my problems. I've looked at the 35-100 but in comparison to the Olympus 40-150 it just seems wrong. The build quality just seems so different, you get a bigger range, nearly the same image quality and I prefer the focus on the Olympus. Wouldn't there be the problem of IS.

For the fraction of a new A7 setup you can have an IBIS m4/3 body and the 40-150 Pro zoom.

TBH I haven't even considered that. Maybe because I never looked over the Olympus fence for a body. I will definitely look into it, are there any bodys you got in mind? Just so I have some starting point.

You have posted very difficult question, and very personal too. My first move was to look at your photos, but I did not find anything. This is my difficulty.

Here, on M43 forum, there is extremely talented photographer Moti. He professionally doing similar to yours work, and here is a link to his website

Yeah I'm kinda new to the forum and started out as a replacement for a friend but found so much fun in the hobby that I need to step up my equipment. I think the difference between hobby and job is that you have less options to freely move around, change lenses if you are confined by others.

You would be better of with a full frame camera, its as simple as that.

Well part of the reason I'm still considering mft is the form factor. It makes working with it easier because you can be less careful about annoying others. On the other side I'm always impressed by the Sony A7 series, but maybe the grass always looks greener on the other side and I will notice the same lens problems if I switch.
