Adobe CS6 on MacOS High Sierra - Experiences?

Apologies if this has been already covered somewhere...

To those that haven´t switched to Adobe Creative Cloud, I´d like to hear about your experiences with running CS6 on MacOS High Sierra.

Can you still use CS6? Is it too early for a final word about compatibility? Did you install CS6 on a new machine with High Sierra or did you upgrade your machine with CS6 to High Sierra? Etc... etc...

I have the Master Collection CS6 running on El Capitan (MacOS 10.11), and I´m contemplating these alternatives:

- Buying my last Mac with OS 10.12 Sierra (CS6 seems to be largely compatible)

- Buying my last Mac with High Sierra (IF compatible with CS6) in 2018

- Abandoning Mac and switching to Windows. With CS6 being perfectly compatible on Windows 10 this offers more future proofing than Apple. Disadvantage: Having to find & buy a legal CS6 copy for Windows (don´t know if a CS6 platform switch via Adobe is still possible).

- Ditching Adobe altogether and switching to Affinity Photo/Designer, and possibly Corel Painter for illustration & digital artwork.

Any ideas and insight are greatly appreciated!
