Disaster following cleaning r2400

Hi All,

I have been making art prints with great results off an epson stylus photo r2400... until I followed jtoolman's tips on head cleaning with windex. The magenta nozzle was stubbornly giving broken test results, so I tried leaving a strip of paper towel soaked in windex under the head overnight. Since then I have had the weird results in the nozzle check pattern as illustrated. A test print showed severe banding with dark stripes. Have I damaged the print head? Is there a fix? I use Canson Infinity Rag Photograhpique 310gsm.
