24" Monitor Choice

Good morning, I'm buying a new monitor for post-production, but I'm getting more and more confused ...

These are the requirements:
1) budget: 400/500 USD
2) good chromatic gamut: 99% sRGB or more
3) minimum size: 24"
4) minimum resolution: 1920x1080
5) affirmed brand: Dell, Asus, Lg, Samsung, Acer (I'm skeptical about Benq) and budget permitting Nec and Eizo

I selected this models of Dell:
1920x1080 U2414H 270 USD and U2417H 270 USD
1920x1200 U2415 350 USD
2560x1440 U2518D 430 USD

Asus:
1920x1080 PA238Q 340 USD
1920x1200 PA248Q 450 USD and PB248Q 390 USD

Benq:
1920x1200 BL2411PT 340 USD
2560x1440 BL2420PT 300 USD e PD2500Q 430 USD

A) is there a big difference between 16:10 e 16:9 ratio to justify higher prices?
B) are there big differences between sRGB or AdobeRGB for an enthusiast like me?
C) on 24/25" monitors performs better 2560x1440 or 1920x1080px?
D) is a periodic calibration really necessary to justify the expense for a colorimeter (around 100 USD)?

I shoot with my Canon 80D, I use Lightroom and Photoshop to edit and I publish my pictures on the web and rarely print them.

Thanks in advice!
