Samsung keyboard underlining issues?
Dec 13, 2017
I apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, but I was tinkering around with the Samsung keyboard language settings, as it came to my attention that I have been using AU English rather than US English this whole time. When I went to go test this out (with what should have been the same keyboard as what I was previously using, but now including AU spelling) I found that a lot of things had changed, thus making typing very irritating. For example, now all words that have been assisted by predictive text have been underlined in grey, and some words appear in blue. There are also a few other changes to how my writing is corrected (e.g. randomly capitalising words in the middle of a sentence that should not be capitalised) and how I am able to save particular words. I've tried disabling and enabling all settings (predictive text, auto spell check, etc.), resetting keyboard settings and even reverted to US English, but to no avail. This is obviously not a big issue, but it is making my day to day typing very tedious and annoying. Is there any way I can get rid of this without disabling predictive text? I am in Hawaii and people suggested me to go to stores like TCAWireless to solve this issue. Should I go? Is there any solution? Please help
