Anyone working in Topaz Studio on a 4K screen?

I have a new mobile graphics workstation with a 3840x2160 screen and I'm having a problem when using Topaz Studio. It happens whether I launch Studio through a host (Photoshop CC) or launch it on its own. The problem is that Studio launches in a size that's bigger than the screen (or bigger than the Window when not used full screen). I can not see the top of Studio where the Menu is. The bottom and sides are tight to the edge, but do show enough to be used.

I have tried over a dozen different combinations of screen sizes and scaling parameters, but can not get Studio to properly appear in any one. Note that I am on the latest version of Windows 10 on the workstation which is running NVidia M1200 graphics.

I have put in a support request with Topaz and they are working on it. This post is to find out if anyone else is having this problem, or may have a possible solution (Note: this is my first foray into Windows 10 and I may not be familiar with adjusting how apps appear on the screen). TIA for any of your thoughts.

Also I noticed a few new things about Topaz Studio vs legacy Topaz as I was setting up my new machine. First is that if you go into the legacy Topaz site to download the legacy plug-ins, you can no longer download the ones for which there are new "in Studio" versions. The legacy download button directs you to the Studio version. Although I'm getting more and more accustomed to Studio, I still like using the legacy plug-ins, so I'm glad I kept the latest versions of the legacy execute files on my back-up drive. They are now loaded on my new machine.

Second, I noticed that after the rapid fire introduction of Studio and all the updates, Topaz has slowed down since v1.5.3. Even the Change Log no longer displays any "Coming Soon" notices (which previously showed v1.5.4 and v1.6). It appears they have been listening to our comments, so I look forward to the next iteration.
