Buy a robust/stable tripod only once in a lifetime

Hi DPR forum

After the price drop of the mkII I bought one on Black Friday 😁. Now I am looking for a good tripod to get all the sharpness out of the sensor. I am considering 2 Sirui tripods, as I could get a good deal on them. Both options have a similar weight and height.

1) N-3204x - 8x carbon and 4 leg segments and lightly thinner legs (1mm)

2) R-4213x - 10x carbon, 3 leg segments but a large plate in the middle increasing the size

I mostly do landscape and my lens range is from 16mm to 70mm, sometimes 135mm.

I would appreciate any feedback about the stability of these 2 tripods with an A7rii setup. I know in theory the 3 section legs with 10x carbon are more stable. Is this difference in real life really relevant for long exposure times?

Thanks for your help.
