Capture One 11 - Settings for Sony?

I'm trying to switch over from Lr and Ps, to C1 and Ps, but I'm unsure about the "best settings" I should be using with a Sony A7R2.

I'd like know what you recommend for the following settings?
Are you just sliding the sliders to the right or making educated decisions based on each image?

Lens tab: Distortion, Sharpness F, Light Fallout and Purple Fringing.

Details tab: Sharpening and Noise Reduction

Sharpening and NR by default seem sightly OTT, if you're going to continue PP in Ps. So at the moment I'm halving the amounts, but they still look plasticy when zoomed in.
I appreciate Sharpening is done at the end of PP. But when I've used Lr in the past (i.e. a few days ago), I add a little and don't bother adding extra sharpening at all during PP.

I seem to experience Purple Fringing most with the Batis 25mm.

Misc:
Another thing I can't figure out, is to remove cropping when using the Keystone tool. I'd prefer to crop later.

Is there a shortcut key to export an image(s) to Ps, without wasting time navigating to find Export-Variants?

Thank you very much.
