Quickly changing shooting modes with Fuji Cameras

I'm considering an X-T20 and while I appreciate the retro controls I don't know how much I will be using them for my street photography and it's one of the things I'm concerned about switching to Fuji.

Is it difficult or cumbersome changing modes around quickly without a PASM dial? For street I'm used to quickly changing from A to S and back. I like to set the shutterspeed in the range I know I will be using and switch from A to S knowing what to expect. Can I do this with the Fuji system as well?

I know there are dials for each of these and there are combinations to set PASM, but is it also possible change control of the aperture to one of the dials instead of having to use the aperture ring so I can do both shutter speed and aperture one handed?

Fujifilm X-T20
