How to convert F stops when changing sensor size?

So I will give an example as Im not that sure how to explain as Ive never owned a point and shoot before.

Lets take 2 common systems

RX100 v 24-70mm f/1.8-2.8, 1inch sensor

A6000 and kit lens 24-75mm f/3.5-5.6, apsc sensor

Now without taking into account lens quality, ie one is a zeiss and the other isnt. How do I convert 24mm f1.8 on the 1 inch sensor to APS-C size light wise on an APS-C sensor to get a rough idea of how much light each is taking in?

Sony a6000 Sony RX100 V
