Ever since my Kodak box camera I had when I was 7-8 y.o., all of my cameras were fully manual and fully adjustable for focus, aperture and shutter speed. My OM1 added a TTL light meter, but was still fully manual, as was my Rolleiflex 2.8f, Minox, Nikon, various Leicas, etc.

A little different from what you are describing, which seems to be more like my Kodak box camera - fixed focus, fixed aperture and fixed shutter speed.

this thing had no exposure control, it was good fun. I used to shoot an OM10 a few years back with manual adapter as the metering was wonky and not to be trusted, most times i got it right, just a case of experience and a bit of gut instinct.......still kept trying to view the image on the back though.....d'oh
