shop who can clean an EX-1?

You really have to be careful here...

Unless you're an expert on doing these types of things (breakdown of cameras, repairs, etc), you may be opening up a bigger can of worms than just trying to clean the sensor.

And since Samsung is no longer making cameras (don't know if they are still servicing cameras - anybody know here?), you could be heading for trouble.

If it were me, I'd deal with it (erasing the dust marks in post processing as it's easy to do depending on which software you use).

Just my advice here.
