I understand the sentimentality on the T3i, so I would probably keep it for that reason, but not expecting to actually use it again except in a fit of nostalgia.

Beyond that, the T7i is definitely the keeper for day-to-day usage. The real question is, do you want/need a backup body? If so, keep the T4i around, otherwise resell it and make your profit. Keep any of the lenses that fill a gap, but otherwise lose them as well.

This is just my arbitrary view. There is no "right or wrong" answer here, just what you feel comfortable with.
