Probably for the same reason that you can get different colour casts even if you shoot the same scene twice with the same camera - "automatic" white balance.   If you want to eliminate the differences between the cameras, then you need to defeat all of the automatic options by choosing manual white balance, manual ISO, etc. etc.

Even there you may find small differences, so be prepared to tweak your footage in post.  Fortunately, the eye's stereoscopic separation is far more sensitive to edges than to colours.
