Very quiet on the 4KPhoto and 6KPhoto front.

I have posted a few pics in the past using 4Kphoto and the G7 I find it and exciting prospect albeit a bit flawed in the 4K Photo version that I have used. The main problems for me are:
Demands very good light or very fast lenses to get the shutter speeds right up.
Following on from that in order to get the DOF to necessary lenses I normally need to stop down to impractical levels.
It's only 8K which limits IQ.  Cropping and over editing will quickly produce not good results.
The 4KPhoto AF on the G80 is awful. I tend to use MF but combined with narrow DOF that produces a lot of OOF results.
Rolling shutter produces some hit and miss results.

Since I first posted we have had the GH5 with its 6K which should be a lot better but we have seen very few implementations posted on this form. It would be great to see what people have been doing with it.

The G9 is promising us pre burst on RAW which may make 6K photo less important to someone like me. I have already decided that I'm missing out the G9 but in the back of my head is the nagging doubt that I would love it just for the 'big' improvements in this area.

I have still been playing around and these are some that were taken with G80, 4KPhoto and preburst yesterday.
