Yet another T20/T-2/Pro2/100F dilemma

With all the sales and used fujis around, I am thinking of selling some previous models and replacing it with new model. All the above can be had in some deal or another these days.

The T-20 - for new tech it can be had for a really good price especially used or open box. Not as well build as other fujis, but that is obvious for the price difference. Not sure how the VF compares to VF on X-T1

T-2 - I have T-1 and the VF is excellent. Also the whole package is pretty good camera-wise, except the flimsy SD card and USB doors that I need to use tape to make sure they don't open and snap. Sadly T-1 now go for peanuts in $500 or less so selling it doesn't make that much sense. So I don't think I would be able to upgrade to T2. I probably keep it and wait till T2 will be the "previous" model. Aslo i am not sure how AF speed really improved from T1. (I know tracking did, but that isn't my concern much)

PRO2 - I have some affinity to that camera - but the XP1 is really slow in focusing in almost any situation. I sort of regret buying that Fuji most for travel, still I like the looks and feels of it. I have lots of good pictures and good memories from travel. But it is heavy though and very unbalanced with most lenses. Works well with 18mm.

100F - I probably love this format most for travel and as a "grab-a-cam", I had x100, 2 times x100s and now have 100T, which means the 100F would cost me about $500-$600 after selling T. Not sure if the T->F is worth that much. Wait for "Z", "Y" or whatever they come up with?

What is your view on this? Probably many have more than one fuji so what cam you use most.
