I should have asked the OP which camera he was using.

I have never been able to get FastStone Viewer to process raw files from the latest Fuji X sensor (X-T2, X-E3 etc.). Is it just me or have you been able to get this to work?

I'm using the X100F. It doesn't work for me either..
