High ISO noise reduction in camera retained in Adobe Lightroom?

In this example I'm using a D850, but in general is high ISO noise reduction in camera for raw images retained when you process raw images using Adobe Lightroom Classic CC? For many years I've left High ISO noise reduction off, figuring I'd just do it in post and have more control, but I've been liking Nikon's presets and just wonder if they're lost in this case when using Adobe Lightroom?

It would be nice if that setting is preserved in Lightroom, I can always turn off noise reduction, but this could be a shortcut. And of course I could always just go use Nikon Capture, which I would imagine of course retains those in camera settings.
