E-M1 C-AF lock, transitioning to mkii

What has been your experience adjusting C-AF lock on the mkii? We've gone from

"high, normal, low, off" to "loose -2...0...+2 tight."

My presumption is low has become -2, high +2, and 0 is normal. Since there's no off it would seem Oly has revamped the feature, not unlike how full-time AF became AF scanner.

I don't find any official documentation on setting these up for various scenarios and leave it at 0 for the time being. Has anybody experimented with the lock setting? Does +2 help keep focus on a subject either approaching or retreating? Does -2 help prevent focus from jumping to a second subject crossing in front and especially from jumping to background clutter such as fencing?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Rick
