Obviously it depends on your interests, but I would/do take an ultra-wide zoom and a wide to short/medium telephoto zoom.

For example, when I travel I take a Panasonic GX85 body with a 12-60mm (24-120mm Eq.) zoom and one of either a 7-14mm (14-28mm Eq.) or 8-18mm (16-36mm Eq.) zooms.

Depending on where I am going I might also take my 7.5mm fisheye.

The 2 zooms would cover 99% of everything I would want to shoot.

As it turns out, I will be off to Singapore again in January.  This time I will take the GH5, 12-60mm and 8-18mm.
