dzuiko 300mm 2.8 vs 300mm f4 mzuiko

The thing: Have a special opportunity to get a big tuna for the same price as a new 300 f4 zuiko.

Being a 4/3 user, I've always lusted for that one, but out of reach financially.

Seen some comparisons of some people here that have had both, and finally opted for the f4. there are pros and cons to both's. However I'm leaning towards the f4 for portability and dual-IS. For the smaller birds (80% of my shooting) I still will need keep my telescope' reach. (been testing my 75-300 @300 to get used to the shorter range, but with small birds here, I can't)

so, choose the f2.8/5,6 or the f4?
