When you are in normal, let's call it "live view" mode since i have no better term for it atm, press the Q button for 1-2 seconds.

The q menu should open up in its editable state. Now you can select the settings you want to be changed, and change them. So you visit your new "sharpness" (old custom settings tab), hit "ok" and then look for the custom settings tab in the list which presents itself to you after you have pressed the "ok" button.

After having chosen the custom settings in this list, you should return to the editable q menu. Press "disp back".

Now you are back in "live view" mode.

Now press q like you normally would to enter the Q Menu. Check if the custom settings tab is there where it should be. (Hint: It most definetely will be there if all went well).
