Thats not helping. I have no Basic or C1234567 tab to work with. I can't select a custom setting if the tab is missing in the Q menu.

Resetting the camera is a common cure-all, but if you can take a shot of the screen (cellphone?) that might better explain what you're seeing to the rest of us.   (AFAIK the Quick menu doesn't have tabs, for example, only blocks of setting options).
