I haven't used Outlook since before Windows 10 so I can't be of much help, but I believe I read somewhere that a default browser must be selected, if not already done so:

Thanks. Tried that and changed from Chrome to Edge. Same results. :^(

The additional frustration is that I cannot locate ieplore.exe even after reinstalling W10. Numerous references to making changes in the internet properties of this app but it's not there on this machine.  Do yu know if it can be downloaded separately?
