Value for money telephoto

Purchased: almost 3 years ago at S$300 (around US$220) as purchase-with-purchase

Image quality: Sharpness is average on the a6000. CA, vignetting and distortion is minimal

Focusing: Due to poor aperture of f4.5-6.3, the focus is average at the wide end and poor at the long end. It gets worse when the light is poorer and focus misses half the time in concert settings. Focus is silent, which is good.

Build quality: After 3 years, it is all scratched up with a few dents although squeaky clean optically and focus is as good (or as poor) as when new

Overall: Value for money option for those who need the reach but can't afford the FF options (G Lenses), although as a telephoto lens it might not be the best out there.
