Color blotches in shadows are normal at high ISO (3200+), but gray ones are probably dirty sensor related (take a f/22 exposure of clear sky and they should be visible - also look at the sensor). Permanent red pixels are sensor defect. Raw development software should be able to eliminate color noise. Did you try any?

Nx3000 and NX3300 both have pretty strong noise reduction that cannot be turned off even in RAW but people seem to like it.
