What is the problem with my NX300 output?

Hi,

Iv'e both the NX3300 and the NX300, still haven't decided which of them to keep, I really love the NX300's form factor, feel in hand and touch screen, but every time I actually take a photo, the output always looks rather bad compared to the NX3000 in both JPG and also RAW.

My main complaint is the ugly way it renders shadows, you can clearly see blotches of color in the blacks, instead a smooth gradient.

Second issue is that there are a lot of white, gray spots all over the photo and it does not seem like noise because the ISO is rather low, and the exposure is short. Is that a case of a dirty sensor?

Sometimes i can also notices multiple bright red spots .

Is my camera faulty or this is actually how the output of the NX300?

Is there a way to fix the ugly blotches in an easy way in post processing?

Thank you for your time
