Detail shot from a sculpture that sits on the roof of a private columbarium in a cemetery in my city. Edited in Adobe Lightroom with the 'Creamtone' preset added to give the picture a vintage, retro kind of feel. The photo was further adjusted in Corel Photo-Paint to intensify the 'creamtone' effect. Shot with a Panasonic G7 and 14-140mm lens.

No airplane this time, but a bird. At least something flying, though at rest :-)

Pretty candid nature catch...

Nice compo and PP here...

You show a very personal touch, Peter, when it comes to trees. A very appealing feel to me...

Peter - you are right! Your crop is better - that doesn’t have anything to do with your “tree experience”, or does it? Thanks for the suggestion!

There are many Peters on this site, but if I'm referred to I think the tree is fantastic; however, I would crop out the disturbing out of focus blob at the top. This would also get rid of the white areas at the top, something like this

I wish there were wonderful trees like that around here.

Certainly caught my eye, too. It’s a very old tree in a Japanese garden in Tokyo.

I must have shot 3K+ Photos during my recent trip; it will take all winter to sort and process them...
Wow, that's a big old pine. Reminds me of several Dali drawings...
