Printing a graphic in a pdf file at 200%

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader, in the print dialog I see an option for "Custom Scale" with the default value of 100%, which the user can change.

1. If I enter a custom scale value of 200%, the entire image would print correctly on a large format printer that can handle 17" x 22" paper. Is that correct? (I don't have a large format printer to test it)

2. Is there a way to print the 200% image on 4 sheets of 8.5" x 11" paper using Acrobat Reader so that the 4 sheets can be glued together for a double size image?  When I tried it, only one sheet of the upper left corner printed.

This is just for plans so gluing or taping the 4 sheets together is not a concern.
I have a windows 10 PC.
