Elinchrom vs Godox

Hey guys!

This is for all you that are more familiar with studio strobes. I'm a Fuji user and I want to make sure that I did the right thing & I am now beginning to think that maybe I should have gone with Godox because they have the new transmitter that allows for HSS and TTL + their modifiers are a lot less expensive than other brands.

Full on studio strobe newb here. I am making to move from strobist to using studio strobes. I got what I believe to be a good deal on x2 Elinchrom BX-RI 500 units with case, one reflector & a 24" Elinchrom softbox for $600.00

I can't find any used Elinchrom umbrellas or softboxes on eBay. Should I just keep the BX-RI's and use an adapter ring to go from the Elinchrom mount to Bowens or go all in with Godox and see about selling thesse?

I do like how they have battery powered heads that are compatible with Fuji.

Thanks in advance!
