XT2 exposure problem in burst mode

Hello all

have a quick question and hope to get some answers here. I bought a XT2 + 35  F2 for my brothers wedding. I put it in burst mode, single focus, ISO 12800 (cuz the after party was in a bar which was quite dark) and acros color profile. To my surprise for some series of photos the brightness of the photos varies from frame to frame but the parameters are exactly the same.  Say for example, I shot a scene in burst mode that got me 3 photos they all showed say F2, shutter speed 1/125, ISO 12800 same color profile and there was no change of light source. The "brightness" of the photos varies hugely, to my eyes it's about 1ev difference or even more. This does not look normal to me. I mean how could this happen with exactly the same setting and with constant light source. Could someone shed some light ? Thx in advance.
