T3i suddenly washed out, even in normal outdoor light?

Hello everyone. I seem to have a problem that has developed recently and i could use some information and assistance. I have been shooting with my T3i now for around 3 months. All through the summer, incredibly bright days, with no issues. I shoot at shutter speed of 50 and frame rate of 24fps and iso set to 100. Even on the most bright of summer days , with the sun reflecting off the houses or street i would only have to raise the aperture to around 5 or 6 and that would negate the washed out video. I started filming again after shooting in raw for a day (not sure if this has anything to do with it) and I am having issues with my video being completely washed out. I shot video on an overcast day, quite dreary and dark, yet what little sun that hit the subjects face rendered her face bright and washed out. I can see this on the monitor and on review of the video. I have adjusted the auto lighting optimizer, the white balance is set to negative 2, like it always has been. I cant figure this out and jacking the aperture up to 15 to film one angle of a street is not practical as i would have to change the fstop back down while moving on the gimbal. Any help would be appreciated.
