Took this over full frame Sony A7RII

I was pretty convinced I was gong to buy the Sony camera but decided to rent the Fuji XT-2 for a trip to Japan to test it before making a final decision.  When I returned home, my mind was made up and I purchased the Fuji because I was so impressed with its capability. The Fuji handles extremely well and the body and lenses are less expensive and lighter than Sony's, particularly the G-Master lenses. The image quality from the Fuji is really impressive.  If you are not printing giant prints, I doubt the smaller sensor in the Fuji will be noticeable except in really low light or unless you plan to do extreme cropping of the images.  I print most of my photos in photo albums created using Blurb.com and sensor size makes no real difference when printing at that size and I'm an IQ snob - in the days of film, I shot with a Rollei SL3003 (Zeiss lenses) and a Rollei SL66 (medium format similar to Hasselblad).  Highly recommended.
