Two questions about physical aspects of the X-E3

Since I haven't been able to hold one, I wonder if current X-E3 owners could clarify:

1.  Does the shutter speed dial rotate through 360 degrees, or does it stop at each end of its travel (i.e. can you turn it straight from B to A in one click, for example?).

2.  The eyepiece: is it like that on the X-E1, 2 and 2s, and covered with a flexible rubber (albeit non-removable), or like the X-T10 and 20, where it looks like rubber and feels like rubber to the skin, but is actually hard plastic with a velvety paint on it (revealed by tapping with the fingernail)?  I noticed it looks like the other X-E models in its shape, but saw one comment where I suspected it's actually made more like the X-Tx0 models.

Thanks very much.

ANSWER:
Fujifilm X-E3
