Be Careful

i have been cleaning my D600 (got it used), and one issue I found is that the enclosed area around the shutter, mirror, sensor, and the prism has some type of felt that peels off. I assume the material was used to dampen the shutter noise. Maybe this is the material that is causing the sensor oil and dust issues. I have not been able to remove all the water and isopropyl alcohol (used for cleaning( streaks on the prism no matter how hard I try, Any suggestions?  They do not affect the outcome quality of the images.
