I would suggest doing some boring controlled test shots (ideally sturdy support, non-moving target) to see if you can get your focus to where you want it. Also try manual focus to rule out AF malfunction.

The overall look can be fine-tuned to your likings through either in-camera settings or post-processing. You have a lot of latitude to play with in those files.

Yes this camera is much more different that my m43. but as you said in most of the images nothing looks in focus. how this images look to you?
