NX-l Speedbuster- Confused?!??!

I'm a bit confused about the NX-L speedbooster. Maybe you can help me here:

1st- Is this NX-l speedbuster compatible with all NX cameras?

2nd- can we use it to turn our NX APS lenses into fullframe ones? Or its purpose is to allow to connect FF lenses from other brands?

3th- what can we expect from it? Better low light? Can we achieve the same low light capability as the Sony A6500 in video? Is it going to be better than the A6500 in, shall we say, ISO 3200-6400? Are we going to have better colors  and AF in low light, and less visible noise? Or are we just going to have brighter images, and a bigger field of view?

4th- What is the difference between the NX-L, and the NX-L plus? Is there going to be a new one soon which allow for AF?

5th-What about the price? Is 500$ too much for a dumb speedbooster? What are the prices of other ones, on other systems?

6th- Why can't I buy it on E-bay?

6th-Does anyone has one? How is it?
